This will open the Content Edit (“Zoom”) Window, useful to edit the item content.

Set selected item recurrence

This allows you to define an item as recurrent, that is, upon expiration the item will be rescheduled to a new date/time that may be a number of days after the expiration date, or a week, a month or a year. It also allows you to remove the recurrence attribute of a recurrent item.

Hide items expired today from expired/reminded window

Setting this preference you can avoid that items expired or reminded in the current day appear in both the 'today' and the 'expired' lists (they will only appear in the 'today' list)

Show next day occupied

Will change the selected day to the next day with at least a scheduled item. You can obtain the same result by clicking on the '>' panel.

Show previous day occupied

Will change the selected day to the previous day with at least a scheduled item. You can obtain the same result by clicking on the '<' panel.

Show next day free

Will change the selected day to the next day with no scheduled items.

Show previous day free

Will change the selected day to the previous day with no scheduled items.

Change calendar start day

Allows you to select the day with which the week begins (e.g. Sunday or Monday)

Print calendar

Allows you to export to a 'write' file all scheduled items and open Microsoft Write with that file. From Write you can then edit and/or print the file.

Select Today

F5

This will set the calendar day to the current day.
