All-in-1 Personal Information Manager (A-PIM) is an ergonomic personal organizer useful for managing tasks, contacts, notes and any other kind of information. 

With A-PIM you can manage actions, engagements and time schedules, record and retrieve all sorts of information such as study notes, instructions, quotations, translations of technical terms or foreign words, chronologies, postal addresses, telephone numbers, file and directory paths, e-mail addresses, web addresses, prices, budget elements, inventories, indexes, catalogues of books or other media, a journal, etc. in a homogeneous, integrated system; 

All textual information is contained in a Microsoft Access 2000 relational database and protected by a keyword (however, you don’t need to install Access 2000);

Information created with A-PIM can be displayed in any of the following ways: 

·         Table: i.e. a grid-like panel

·         Calendar: organized by month and day (only for records carrying an expiration date/time)

·         Tree map: i.e. a hierarchical organization structure with roots, branches and leaves

·         Tag map: i.e. a map of text tags aligned to form one or more columns

·         Sticky note: i.e. a window looking like a yellow sticky note carrying a single item of information

Records may include hypertext links to data residing inside or the outside the program (including other A-PIM records, file links and Web links), can be dragged and dropped within a window or between windows, and can be tiled and animated in various ways.
