Map Selection Window
This
window is opened by the 'Open or create map' command in the main context menu or
when some toolbar icons such as 'table view of active form' or 'tag map view of
active form' are clicked and no window is already open.
You can
use this window to select a given category or item. First the collection must be
chosen, then the category, then, if needed, the item title.
