Open current item (or Run current item)

If the item contains a link to an Internet URL or to file, the command appears as 'Run current item' and will launch the link. Otherwise the command appears as 'Open current item' and will open the content edit (zoom) window for this item.

Sticky note of current item

Opens a sticky note window for current item.

Bulk replace of field "category"

Allows you to replace in one shot the category name of all items of the current category

Bulk replace of field "collection" for current category

Allows you to replace in one shot the collection name of all items of the current category

Bulk replace of field "collection" for entire database

Allows you to replace in one shot the collection name of all items of all categories of collections

Sum numbers in square brackets

Sum all numeric values found within square brackets in the items appearing in the table. Result is displayed in a message box.

Insert telephone number for auto dialing in current item

Allows you to insert a telephone number with the appropriate auto dial indicator

Open tag map of current category

Opens random map including all items belonging to the current category

Open tag map of current collection

Opens random map including all items belonging to the current collection

Open top map

Opens the top map

Print current record items (export to WordPad)

Opens WordPad with the current item. You can then edit and/or print the item

Print filtered items (export to WordPad)

Opens WordPad with all items appearing in the table. You can then edit and/or print the items

Sort items of current category

All items of current category will be sorted by item title.

Sort items of all categories

All items of all categories will be sorted by item title within the respective categories

Filter on images

Set a filter that will cause only items with names of image files to be displayed

Delete all filtered records

Delete all records appearing in the table

Create items from content of current record

Allows you to create items from the content of the current record. You will be prompted for collection and category names, and each line of the content of the current record will become an item of the selected collection and category.

Refresh grid

Rebuilds the table (normally not needed)
