Deletes the tag map

Sorts items in alphabetical order

Sort tags by expiration date

Sorts items in chronological order by expiration date (if any)

Set/unset this map as start map

Allows you to set/unset the current map as a start map

Print map (export to WordPad)

Opens WordPad with all the items present in the current map. You can then edit and/or print these items.

Set white back color for all items

Changes the background color of tags to white (useful if you want to capture the tag map image and print it in black and white)

Open all child maps

Opens all child maps (see "Child maps and parent map" in Tag Map Window

Close all child maps

Closes all child maps

Open parent map

Opens the parent map

Random map view of this map

Opens a random map with all items of the current tag map

Random item view of this map

Opens a random item window based on all items of the current tag map

Random item view of selected item

Opens a random item window based on the selected item (in this case the random item will always display the same item)

Allows you to insert/change a link to a directory in current item

Create items from content of selected tag

Allows you to create items from the content of the current record. You will be prompted for collection and category names, and each line of the content of the current record will become an item of the selected collection and category.

Show other maps with similar tag

Opens a list of items with similar titles (if any)

Refresh map

Rebuilds the tag map (normally not needed)
