Context Menus

 Contents

APO does not have the usual Windows drop-down menus. Instead, context menus are extensively used. The reason for this is to show information, and menus in particular, only when they are actually needed, and keep the program windows as simple as possible during normal use.

Context menus are recalled by clicking the mouse’s right button on a visual object such as a window or a text box. A context menu shows the commands available to the user in that particular context.

In this guide you can find the description of all the context menus available in APO (see the table of contents).

Many commands in the context menus can also be recalled by means of hot keys, as suggested in the command labels.
